a. Attestation of Documents

 Facilitate authentication and attestation of both academic and skill-specific certificates as per the requirement of the destination country/Foreign Employer.  Please visit the nearest Labour Office or Migrant Information Centre (MIC) for further details.

b.Pre-Departure Orientation Training (PDOT)

       1.IMC-K PDOT centre, at Bengaluru is one of the 28 PDOT Centres in India recognised by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA)            to provide quality PDO for emigrants departing to the 18 notified countries, including the GCC countries, under the                          Emigration   Act, 1983

       2.IMC-K currently has 11 Master Trainers to conduct PDOT, certified by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). The IMC-K PDOT            Centre is located in Bengaluru

       3.Please contact your Recruitment Agency (RA) for booking a slot for PDO prior to your departure, even if you are not recruited            by the State Government RA. You can still avail the opportunity to obtain PDO by speaking to your RA with a request to book            the slot with the IMC-K PDOT Centre.

Service Charges

Recruitment services to the potential migrants are offered at a non-refundable service charge of Rs. 30,000/- plus GST extra per candidate, as applicable. The service charges are as per Office Memorandum No. Z-11025/279/2009-Emig dated December 15, 2017 issued by Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India (GOI).

Note: The service charge should be paid only after the acceptance of the Employment Contract by the candidate.

The service charges shall include the following, namely:

  1. Scouting and selecting skilled or trained candidates from different parts of the country;
  2. Cost for advertisements
  3. Cost of trade test fees, wherever applicable
  4. Attestation charges for certificates
  5. Cost of domestic travel or lodging and boarding for conducting of interviews by the recruiting agent
  6. Recurring annual cost of enhanced Bank Guarantee, wherever applicable;
  7. Cancellation charges imposed by foreign employers on recruiting agents when candidates refuse to travel and want early repatriation;
  8. Administrative cost of running head office and branch offices for the ease of recruiting of emigrants

 

Services charges shall not include the following, namely:

  1. Embassy or Consular visa fees charged by the foreign Missions or consulates in India
  2. Pre employment medical check-up cost
  3. Air ticket to destination country
  4. Boarding and lodging charges of the emigrant before deployment, if any;
  5. Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable

 

Payment for the service charges can be made through (a) Cheque, (b) Net Banking transfer/BHIM App/UPI/NEFT/RTGS, (c)Debit Card/Credit Card and (d) Deposit in Bank account.

Note: Payment in cash is not accepted.
